I did pay the amount due, but only after the company sent an invoice. Here is what the wrote "We regret to advise, that unless payment is received by May 24, 2021, the amount due willl be passd over to our debt collection agency." They could have made payment easier by sending a self-addressed envelope with paper invoice or online invoice. The company didn't take responsibility for losing the check, and instead wrote a a letter threatening to send my account to collection. I have a check that I now need to cancel. The company lost the check, and left a voicemail indicating that they did. The technician completed the work fine, and I paid him with a check for the quoted amount $329. Service time between initial contact and service call was a bit slow, although it was the winter. ![]()
